TeamManagement / IT development :
With a degree in Philosophy and Science to her credit, she began at the Conservatoire de théâtre [Brussels theatre conservatory]. After being an actress for a time, Isabelle ran and did theatre training courses in Burkina-Faso and Togo. Isabelle arrived at Contredanse in 2001 as the person responsible for IT and was appointed Director in 2008. She coordinates the team and projects while continuing the development of the website and maintenance of the IT system. Isabelle also strengthens our partnerships, notably with the Faculty of Philosophy, by her involvement in round tables and reflection workshops.

After taking a degree in psychology and criminology, setting up Radio Air libre and the programme Passe-muraille, he launched the Danse à la Balsa Festival and then was responsible for programming at the Théâtre de la Balsamine for three seasons. After 12 years of full-time involvement – from being ‘on call’ to management – Michel Cheval is now the administrator of Contredanse and is in charge of financial management.
With a degree in Information and Communication Sciences, followed by a Masters in Publishing, she made her way rapidly in the book/publishing world and in cultural action, in Paris and then in Athens. At Contredanse since 2003, she is involved in communication, publications distribution and publications relating to the organisation of events. From time to time, she is involved in the follow-up of re-publications (Schirren,...) and has recently become responsible for digital publishing. She also takes part in the writing of our journal NDD L’Actualité de la danse for which she does the layout three times per year.

At the same time, Florence is developing her artistic activities, principally in the area of dance and new technologies. Florence has created several interactive shows as well as a number of installations, and, from time to time, she runs training courses related to digital technologies.
After training as an architect, Baptiste Andrien has moved into video and dance. He joined the team in 2006 and works together with Florence Corin on publications and training courses. For a number of years, he has also collaborated in the exploration of Lisa Nelson’s Tuning Score, both in Belgium and abroad.
